I know some people like the look without a swim platform, but I like having supper cooked for me and not being in the dog house. The swim platform is the only thing my wife asked for in everything that's going on in this make over, so here it is. The top plate will bolt to the tabs on the frame and then it will be covered in sea dek. It'll be fitted up, so the holes can be drilled in the transom before it gets painted next week. After that we will get the holes drilled in the top plate and send both pieces off to powder coating.

Steve @ Innotech sent me a few pics of my new Blue Carbon Fiber dash panels. These are going to really good with all the new paint and gauges on the dash.

Nice. He does great work on the panels. If you look at his website you will see my dash from when we redesigned it in '13.

Yes sir, I saw yours on there when I was looking at the pics. He does great work and keeps in contact with you on the process. The only set back we had was that he has been moving locations, so that delayed my stuff just a little bit.

Looks great!
I have been kicking around the idea of painting my bottom black too. Maybe in a year of so.

I had it pictured in my head how it would look and really liked the idea. It was after talking to Jeff Hoefling and Stephen Miles that I was ready to go for it. Jeff's Fountain that Stephen did the black bottom on doesn't even have the first bunk mark on it. Stephen gave me the info on the paint and I sent it to Les@ Precision Paintworx. If you notice under the plastic there is no more white rub rail on there.. I've got some nice black rub rail from Taco metals going in its place, as well.

All the panels came in from Innotech today. Here's the Drive/Trim indicator panel I had I had made in blue carbon. Glad I gave Steve a call to get my panels done.
