Hey guys....First of all, let me apologize for not answering you sooner. I just finished reading pages 5 and 6 of this thread and had to catch my breath from the laughter!!! You guys are too much! (I'm still getting my bags unpacked from last weekend so I haven't had time to read.)
ThunderDan
From my point of view (remember...I had my eyes shut some of the time ) the AT was a great ride. I felt very safe in the boat. Given that we have 2 small children (3yrs and 10 months)..I was concerned about the reports of the boat flipping etc. Pat was extremely informative about that incident and also proved to me that in tight turns, the boat is safe if you know what you are doing. Just need to remember "Corvette, Corvette, not Cadillac, Cadillac" when cornering, Right Pat!
I thought the ride was smooth and we had great seas to test it in. We are used to Lake Michigan and I have found that our Powerquest "pounds" somewhat when it lands...The AT did not. Just landed smoothly and not a rattle to be heard. Impressive! I also felt safe in the Sonic...I mean...It is a big heavy boat! However...it seemed heavy in the water too where the AT seemed to get up and fly!
Miller:
I like the idea of the heart rate monitor. Of course, we wouldn't have got off the trailer had anyone been monitoring mine that day. Something about saltwater and sharks etc. Go figure.
Jassman:
Well...where do I start with you!!!! I read about the 90mph club
Not sure you want me with you when you hit 90! 2 kids do leave you breastless
Gotta Love those "Waterbras"....now if they can just come up with a waterbikini. Oops...my secret is out!! However...I do like the sunpad idea....Hope nobody is allergic to Latex
Thunderwear...hmm...Thong Thunderwear...Say that three times fast! I wanted to offer to be one of those model boat babes you see in the ads, just so I could ride on all the cool AT's, but figured Pat and Steve wanted someone whose eyes weren't squeezed shut and fists clenched on the handrail
Now that Steve is redoing his ad...I will be backpedalling quickly!
Well, I have given my .02 ...now it is up to H20 to decide. I'm sure he will post more when he gets his ducks all in a row. Gotta love buyin a boat, huh...Decisions Decisions

Dan,
Are you staying in the city next week? If so, check out the Waldorf, as they have cut rates to $159 per night for a deluxe room. I know several of the guys are planning on staying so they don't have to drive back. Sounds like some are planning to have a REALLY GOOD TIME! Maybe Pat and JASSMAN should be flying up for this outing???

Miller,
Still have not deceided. I may have a real early meeting the following day in Delaware so I might drive home that night. Guess I will not be indulging too much in the liquid refreshemts if that is the case.
But, I do not need to drink to have a good time, well at least that is what they told me to say in my meetings...
