Thanks mark but I am okay. Need to take one of these Cigarette guys on a ride and get them to switch teams from a gun to a tomahawk.
Its not absolutely burning a hole in my side since the boat is in pieces at the moment anyway.

Something Im going to have to come up with and get some 3-4 inches of foam under some carpet to stand on.

Don't feel like the lone ranger. I called for insurance on our 1982 22 Donzi Classic. Now mind you, it has the stock 454/330 horse and will only run 59 and some change. They quoted me $1800 a year, and they would only insure the boat for $9000 as a complete loss. I was shocked. I sat there with the donzi.net site right in front of me reading off what other guys are paying for brand new, or nearly new Donzi's with 496 HO's that run in the mid seventies. They were paying 6 to 8 hundred a year! I told them they have to be making some kind of mistake. I read one off, from the same company (Progressive) that was over $1000 less than my quote, and the boat was insured for $40,000 more than they would cover mine for! First thing he asked, "Does he live in Florida". I guess they want me to pay for the previous two years worth of hurricane damage to boats, even though I had my Formula insured with them during the storms and never even got a scratch. I said fck it, how much is liablity only? Liabitily only is $121 a year. I said sign me up. If something happens to the boat, I'm just sol.
