Things are moving quicker than we anticipated. We didn't have our boat up for sale, but then again everything's for sale. :p

We're going to look at a 42 Lightning near Detroit and would like to head up and check out your boat. Rob will be calling you later to discuss.

How did the trip go ?

We didn't have a good weekend for several reasons. We never did make it up to Grand Haven (that's my fault, not Rob and let me tell you, he's not too happy with me :eek: :( ).

You'll have to give Rob a call and ask him how it went. Looking at boats isn't fun at all. What people think is clean isn't, when it is clean they want top dollar (ok, guilty on all counts) and there's a lot of phone calls, missed calls, missed turns, crappy hotels.......should I go on LOL! :p

Still listed, not sure if it sold or not. For looks she is the nicest boat in the classifieds.

I wish I was ready to upgrade again, but I just can't justify it yet. We haven't even had the 36' for a year yet.

Out of curiosity, what is the loaded/wet weight of this particular 41'?

I just looked and I don't see it listed anymore either. Is there a lucky new owner?

I had the pleasure of looking at this boat today. I must say the pictures do not do it justice. I personally have never seen a 89 that shows so well. I will share all of my thoughts once I come to a conclusion if it will be in my driveway or not.

You have a beautiful boat Scott. I still have not made a decision but I will be thinking about it tomorrow and will call you on Monday.

I had to pass, but this is one very nice boat. The cleanest 89 I have ever seen. Cleaner than most late 90's I have seen.

The boat is simply amazing and will make someone very happy. I hope it will be Rob.

We'll be heading to Grand Haven Friday morning, should arrive early afternoon sometiome. Rob is thrilled (well, except for the fact he threw his back out this morning...he's at the doctor's now hopefully getting it fixed--otherwise it will be a looooooooong ride this weekend in the truck).

There has been so much discussion with so many people about the Chief. Rob's dream has always been to own an Apache. We're looking forward to our trip and seeing her.
