Hey Baywatch-man, thanks for the encouragement. Sadly, between work and family, time is short, so a resto isn't in the cards. Lookin foward to crushing a few waves next summer. Thanks

Chris - Thanks for the info on the 45's. Guess I'll stick with the 41's, which is not a bad thing.
I don't like to trash anyone else's boat, but the Shogren has quite a bit more than the normal wear you described. In the rear vent area, the boat cracked between the vent opening and the rub-rail, and actually shifted, which really looks not-so-good. This seemed to happen to a lesser degree in several other places. There are also some minor spiders here and there under the ferring, and some where someone played dock tag, plus in the other places you described. Some of the upholstery is new, and doesn't match the older stuff. The interior scores about a B-.
I'm going to check on those other suggestions. Thanks

I shopped for 3 years before I found mine but my criteria was even more specific than yours and to make matters worse my wife wanted a 36' Baja.
Thankfully things turned out for the best and everytime we use our boat my wife comments on how glad she is that we've got an Apache.

Between the info from you guys and the PM's I've been getting, the group thought seems to be that Wes has "the boat". That's cool. Anyone know what the boat looks like?

Wasn't Ghost Runner on the market not long ago?
I'd check out Low Profile too.
