One thing I can assure you; Whatever I find I will not post here in fear of being accused of having an agenda....

Have fun folks, all the best. :bigbird:

Panther, I hope you didn't think I was insinuating you have an agenda. I was refering to "Bigdueche" and other one post wonders as well as those that got into the ear of the owner who work for or own other boat companies.

Bottom line...This boat is fine, owner decided he wanted an OL instead. What'cha gonna do?

This is what I have always thought. Its a name, and nothing else. Everything has changed.

A nice boat is a nice boat, regardless of the name on the side. I just like learning the history of the Apache brand and seeing where all the components/people split off to.

Just today I learned there was a 24' Apache mold that someone may have popped boats out of. Craziness!

Mark, finished my project and tested today!

There was lots of fog out there and couldn't do any WOT passes but so far I picked up 3 mph on cruise speed, the boat handles better and it's much more responsive to trim and throttle! :)

NYC poker run in a few weeks then it's off to Bracco's! :drink:

What's funny is when I first met the chief I sent him a close-up picture of Ajac Hawk that my mother took from my fathers boat, with the inservice writing on the side, and he started laughing and I beleive he said it was his first company!

Very cool! That's where I was born and my father grew up boating, they called him Frankie Chains or Frankie Fino depending on the crew. Apparently they had a lot of friends in common growing up.

History! So it is said, shall it be written. :)

It's a shame to see a new boat suffer that fate.

If He's selling parts I call dibs on the next rad radar mounted on the arch. It's tornado season here and I'd like to have one for my shop.

I agree, that is an expensive powerboat. You have to be "well heeled" to play in that league.
So, you need a radar? I will take a look on Ebay for you. LOL!
