Johnny Tyler: Christ, it's like I am playing cards with my brothers kids or somethin'. You nerve-wracking sons of *****es!!

Skin that smokewagon and see what happens.

You tell him the law's coming. You tell him I'm coming, and hell's coming with me, you hear?

This tool is a freaking stalker on top of everything else. He is obsessed, and he can't resist posting on this thread.
The tool is probably reading all 7000 of my posts.

His poor wife. What a whackjob.

The term "get a life" has never fit quite so good.

And what is with his gay obsession. Just don't get it.
Something wrong with young people these days I guess.

What a freaking hemorrhoid.

Oh great, now the tool will post again. I know... you guys are asking yourselves... why in the world did I ever feed the troll in the first place? I know. I know. I didn't realize that he had no life, was gay fixated, and that once you speak to him.... he never goes away.

You guys are right, I would never associate with such a weak wannabe in real life. Why here?

I will join the majority of OSO and block the tool.
Ignore on.

We can carry on the conversation without the tool. I promise not to quote him anymore so that you guys have to read it.

Chris Sunkin 10-07-2008 03:39 PM

Couple more days and he'll be history.

fund razor 10-07-2008 03:49 PM

There were some good posts by some good people on this thread. (cosmic, stormride, Bill, V.V.) We can go back to what we had going before toolie stunk up the place.

Although... as far as Bill's resto goes... nothing else to say or see.

I suppose we can leave it here.

Stormrider 10-07-2008 04:04 PM

uhhhh, i've asked it before...
can we start a new thread?
at least the boat deserves it.

cosmic12 10-07-2008 04:06 PM

As Chris pointed out before, He has done this in more posts than I can count. He even tried to do it in the A.T. threads and the CULT let'm have it with both barrels. Just ignore him better days come'n soon.:ernaehrung004:

In fact... the boat deserves a serious new thread. :)

:D

Chris Sunkin 10-07-2008 05:16 PM

When I bring it out, you can start snapping pics- the timing should be just about right...

WMF 10-07-2008 08:50 PM

If you guys want this thread deleated please just let me know. That way John can start a new threat about his Apache and what he is doing with it. Please just let me know.

Maybe parts but why would we want to loose the lessons learned and all the info that went into bringing the 28 to where it is now? BESIDES it's an Apache thread and isn't or aren't they supposed to get heated and contraveral? I vote no:p

WMF 10-07-2008 09:19 PM

Ok that's one vote no, I like the thread, it is the most popular/viewed in the apache section, it has been hijacked lately:drink:, but I think it can be put back on track!!!!, I will love to see what John does with the boat and how it works out. I would hate to pull all of my work off this section!! Andy I think you should also start a restoration about your boat and the work you are doing to it.

Great post Bill.

And you know... whatever happens I will keep you informed. We never did get to have those beers together and I hope that we do. I have respect for you for the way that you handled your business with me. And for what you did with the boat. No matter what happens, and what forum it happens on, I will make sure that you are in the loop and you will get an open invite to Erie. If I need a jet ski... I am coming straight to you.
It was hijacked, but if we all have Tex on ignore... it is over.

Andy can have his own thread about his own boat. Not his fault that you made this boat more interesting than his.

Thanks!
Home waters are Maumee River, Lake Erie, Lake St. Clair. Will also trailer to Charlevoix to see my Northern Michigan friends and Lake Michigan. Mostly the big water of western Erie. The Erie Islands.
It is a rare and unusually cool boat. All repower-re-rig issues aside... amazing condition. A gem.

Thanks again.

we boat out of crystal beach, Ontario! if you ever make it down this way (wny fun run) i would love to see the boat!

fund razor 10-07-2008 10:21 PM

I am glad that you (Bill) got rid of that weird stripe on the fairing. Chopping up the lines on the fairing with color is odd.
Looks sooo much better without that. So obvious in your pics.
And the change of the black on the cockpit bulkhead walls to white.... perfect.

You made it look like a 2008. :D

I hope to live up to what you did with what I do.

It was, is, and continues to be a pleasure doing business with you Bill.

I sold a Nova to a guy up there. If I make it that way... you got it. Pictures do no justice whatsoever. Must be seen.

WMF 10-07-2008 10:25 PM

Thanks John, I did not like the stripes on the upper dash faring, I thought is made the boat look smaller and the colors were not right, they were added after the boat was painted by Gail Pak!!! I cant wait to see what you do with it, have you checked out the motors yet??

I will pull the drives and steering this weekend and then the engines should be on stands within a week. I will store it inside for the winter.

I didn't realize that was a Gail Pak job. Makes sense. It rocks.

WMF 10-07-2008 10:54 PM

Yes Gail did the paint work, look in this thread earlier, Gali spoke about the boat and made some comments, she liked that I kept the original paint work!!!

Chris Sunkin 10-08-2008 06:00 AM

Paik.

fund razor 10-08-2008 06:03 AM

Can I get phonetic spelling on that please?

Chris Sunkin 10-08-2008 06:24 AM

I've heard it pronounced "PIKE" and "PAY-K". Ask Bob Saccenti.

fund razor 10-08-2008 06:27 AM

Ok, how do you pronounce "Saccenti?"
kidding.

fund razor 10-08-2008 06:28 AM

I was going to guess "pike"

Stormrider 10-08-2008 08:30 AM

it is pronounced Pay-k.
El indio and Lucy are friends w/ her. that is how they say it.

BTW, i vote no delete, just lock the thread.
but you'd need a moderator to do that.

I didn't realize Gail painted the boat either.

The woman who painted our boat was Barbara something (no, not me LOL). I've seen her name on the boat but I can recall her last name.

John give Rob a call if you need any help too. He's pretty smart and Bobby gave him some pointers too! :p:party-smiley-004:

Oh, vote NO and leave it alone. Too much good info in order to delete thread and it can get back on track...

Chris Sunkin 10-08-2008 09:19 AM

No need, the problem left.

Velocity Vector 10-08-2008 09:30 AM

Razor, What is the plan on engines?

Please call me fund. No need for formality.

The plan is to buy a couple of rebuilt 454s from Budget Engine Rebuilders in Cleveland for 1500 bucks a piece and give them the Cobra built engines as cores. :D

Just kidding. Figured that ought to raise a few eyebrows.

Step one: tear them down and see what happened and why.

Step two will be based on what is discovered during the autopsy.
