Oh looky it's a knob fight...
it's like watching two nerds throw their pocket protectors at each other....
I was going to reference the special Olympics but comparing you two mental midgets to those competitors would be an insult to them.

Say, doesn't Andy have a thread about his own boat? Maybe that would be a great place for Andy to talk about his boat.
Maybe that would have been a great place for him to ask Bill about his bet with Bill? He had no bet with me. He is just a prik. It would be like me going over and starting chit on his thread.
Maybe Andy doesn't need to be on a thread about my boat gloating that his is done.

You just have to love the old boats. A new/newer boat was an option. The size, ride, and style worked for me. I committed to making the boat right, for my use... and to save the boat.
That's my choice.
I am right about these tanks, and about the nature of how they decline. I don't think that anybody else contributed anything today other than the guy who won the T shirt.
What kind of an azz comes on a guys restoration thread and makes posts like these anyway????? WTF?

What you need to do John is post pics of the gas tank being removed, and the work you have done!! like you did on Serious. This is a great thread about the restoration of a 28 Apache, and it should stay that way. No one said anything about what you could buy, or have, you love the boat and want it finished that is what matters, its your boat and you can do with it what you want!! I am happy it will be done right, it just was not for me, but I have said that hundreds of times. I am glad you purchased it from me and are taking the time to do it right!!

The more I work on this boat the more I have come to realize that all boat's are POS's and as El Indio would say the only good apache is a sold apache. Makes no sense to try and make these old boats perfect. By the time you do, you'll miss a few summers of boating and 50 hours later you'll be right back in the same "boat".

me thinks you cut out a perfectly good gas tank... and you are still a knob, just now so many others than me know it
