A bit off topic, but Tex is selling his boat on CL.

I guess John( Fund Razor ) is mad at me, I just think that this resto should be finished!! I bought the boat, got ripped on the resto, and ran the boat twice before it blew and sold it. He sent me a nice PM on SOS after I sent him one. I am ready to be flamed John, bring it on it will get real interesting, hope there is no skeletons in your closet before you post a response! You will never get the boat done this year or next! You took a good boat and destroyed it! My thoughts! oh wait I better call Rob ( offshoredrilling ) before I post anything!! I guess because I cant quote post or PM's Im stupid, I overpaid on the resto, and did not do everything thst should have been done, but I did what could, if the motors would have not blown I still would have sold the boat, it was not me!! John is so good with words, I wish I was as good with words as him, by the way who paid for the motors that were built for you??? BTW John I do wish you the best getting the bost done!! I think if you post the info here you will get more response and continue the thread! on SOS there are 6 guys reading your thread, just trying to help out!

Here is the PM he sent me today!

I didn't mention you at all. No name, no screen name. I guess you feel stupid though, or you wouldn't have taken a factual post as a jab. A little hypersensitive are we?

My post was intended to save the life of the next wannabe restoration man. If I wanted to jab you... there is plenty to choose from. Don't even get me started. I have the boat and the receipts. I could do an entire "if you can't do your own work, for God's sake... at least don't let corvette guys rape you because you are so stupid" thread. Or maybe a "why some guys should just get a payment book and turn the key" thread.

But I didn't do that. I just said that there is a difference between a cosmetic and real restoration. Because there is. Just the facts. Just the fill line. No mention of you.

On the other hand, you mention me by name on OSO just cause you are pissed. Don't delete it. Leave it up. It is classic OSO bashing. Even wishing that another boater doesn't get his project finished. Yeah, that's classic. A guy comes dragging back his old thread about a boat he sold over a harmless post on a different site that he supposedly doesn't visit? And with that other deleted "not worth it" post behind it? Anybody who comes along will say "wtf is with this douchebag? I thought that he doesn't go to SOS?"

If you ever got into a pizzing match with me on the internet I would flame your azz up one side and down the other. Rob would have to ride to your rescue. You are not even equipped enough to quote somebody right. But I have given up pizzing matches with idiot douchebags with two digit IQs and no common sense. It only makes everybody look like a fool. Like your new post on OSO does.

I didn't post the thread on OSO about the boat, and I didn't post the thread on SOS. Patrick did. I don't give a phuck who reads about my boat. I bought the boat for me, not for a bunch of douchebags on the internet.

I haven't been posting because all it does is draw out douchebags who think that they have been wronged somehow.

I'd ask what the phuck Rob has to do with anything, but you are his puppy.

Suprised to see you on SOS, since it will give you herpes and everything.

Come on Bill, Leave John alone. I'm sure the guy wants his boat finished more than anyone. Nothing more frustrating then to spend that kind of coin on a boat and still be stuck on the shore. I don't know you, I'm sure your a nice guy, but you come across as a real prick bashing John because his boat isn't finished.

Was wondering if anybody saw that. Its seriously for sale for $50K, I'm kind of on the fence about selling it. I've always wanted a big yacht of my own. I think I could do much better once the economy comes around.

We had our first kid 4 months ago and I'm not getting to use the boat as much as I'd like. I've used it once this summer. I talked my mother in law into buying a houseboat and we have been using that quite a bit since its so hot and the baby girl can't be outside for long. Pretty neat boat, all aluminum hull, floors, roof, walls, etc, panoramic windows, and runs like 30mph. I've got a whole fleet of boats I'm driving now.

It's a little more than that Andy, douchebag was taking pot shots at Bill about the way he started the restoration, to Bill his first priority was to clean up the deck, guages and such. People have different ways to do things, It's just that the sanctimonious prick things that his way is the only way , like fixing a gas tank that wasn't leaking, and ripping out the floor because he deems it "proper"... Just shows how much of a sphincter he really is, maybe he should call the guy that he got his engine parts from and find out how long it took his mentor sunkin to actually pay for them, find out who really financed it

It also goes back to when he bought the boat, he and his mentor were a total pain in the ass for picking it up because he didn't have a truck big enough to tow it. He is and always will be a sanctimonious pompous ass. The only thing that seperates him from Chris sunkin is the fact that he actually owns a boat...Friggin Tool

What do you guys think my boat is worth?

The drives look kind of rough and their original. The upholstery is also original and has seen better days. Other then that its in great shape. Motors have 25 hours on them and the transom assemblies ony have around 100 hours on them (previous owner replaced).
