Boat looks great. I finally got to take mine out for the first time. Took some time to get used to it, but it handles great. The boat doesn't take a lot of trim and its pretty easy to drive. Had a good 15mph wind with whitecaps and the boat just ate it up.

I never did open it up............first day out, with my first twin engine boat so I'm just taking it slow for now. Got up to about 60 at 4000rpm........... I'm kind of flying blind. I have no drive trim indicators or Trim tab indicators.........even better my drive trim is not synchronized......so to say I had to "feel" the boat might be an understatement. I meant to have all that fixed, but I ended up blowing my boat budget on a pretty thorough inspection and some small odds and ends. I sure wish I had your budget Apache Bill. I'll try and post some pics tonight.

That is scary to run with out trim indicators and drive indicators!!!, That would make me nervous. I wish I would have just bought a complete boat , that needed nothing, instead of blowing my money all the time, but I have a rare boat that should last, and I wont see another like it at the dock. Please post some pics tonight, that would be great

It was a little scary at first, but it definitely makes you "listen" and "feel" the boat out, all in all it was probobly a good learning tool.
Some pics - these were taken after we drove for about 3 hours straight.........so we were pretty tired. Before I get hazed - that was my first beer all day, and yes I know I look like a fat, hairy, pasty slob.............but its the lake so cut me some slack. Girl in green is my twin sister the other my fiance. Pics were taken on saturday when it was calm. Should have taken some on Sunday in the rough. Doc pic shows the lakehouse on the right.

Much thanks to By U Boy and marineclean - had some great tips to bring this 18 year old interior back to life. Used lysol bathtub cleaner and magic erasers. You can see the difference on the back hatch - we haven't finish the whole boat.
