if it is glass smooth water, you may pull a little (if the boat really does run that fast, which i doubt), BUT anything more, you will get SMOKED! i agree with thunder dan, call them and prove it, UNLESS you not confident enough? balls in your court!

ThunderDan, I did not join up this year but I was going to go to the skater fest until my wife reminded me that we have two partys to go to that day.

Ike,

I am with you on the party thing. It is my son's birthday, and I wanted to take him to Skaterfest party, but the wife says no Roller Skating party.

F2-34/ looking for some input on the 30' . Any seat time in one? How do they run in 2-4's. How would one run with 750 hp and a #5? So we don't infringe on the Tribe's space, if you have any input you can email back your thoughts. Thanks, Bob

Well one of the main reasons Apache is out of business is probably something to do with the federal gov not wanting them around nemore not cause it was a bad boat.. they hold their value better than any other boat for a reason

I have been out of the sport approx 14 years (i used to run a tripple 2.4 outboard Sutphen)and now (finances permitting )wish to get back into it.Market research dictates top speed numbers in conjunction with lower maintaince ,more driveable powerplants sells boats.I think that before a particular boat (stepped or non stepped)is bought the most important factor in not the absolute top speed, but the conditions (water wave size, ect) that it is primarely going to be used SAFELY in.I primarely boat in the Atlantic Ocean, near where the Point Pleasent Race is held .Up here the wind direction changes and minutes later your in easy six footers plus.In conditions like this (which are typical for where i intend to boat)for me at least the ride, security ect of owning a traditional V bottom (Apache ,Sutphen)far outweighs the need to run 120 MPH on a pond like surface.
