Hey Cheese --
I'm pretty sure that NK/Parnell is well aware of what it takes to maintain these boats
He was merely stating that there are some great deals out there on boats that have already had a ton of work/upgrades and are in pristine condition. The cheapest way is to buy one of these rather than buy a fixxer upper....

.................................................. ...............Ha Ha , there is no such thing , there was a 41 Apache at the high + Dry , it ran like 750 Hp with like a # 3 or something like that , well the owner had a personal mechanic working on it . I mean he hired a guy just to keep his boat ready to go . if you guys think you just buy the boat + buy gas , your dreaming , especially with the big umungous power they sell now, its not just a gas + go thing ,

Here's the best deal and pay attention when I say this find your favorite boat then become azzhole buddies with the owner and PAY FOR HIS GAS.....trust me that is the cheapest and funnest route to go!!!!!!
