I love how you guys argue... I personally wouldn't want to pay .02 for the Apache name... not because of the boats... but because of the checkered history of the owners.. I would want to strike out with a new name and leave some of the history behind... just my opinion.

That a Boy MomentOfTruth, continue to alienate all the customers of McManus and Saccenti, great business plan. Everytime you guys open your mouth, you just make it worse. For a group that hasn't even had a boat in the water yet, you talk a good game.

McManus doesn't think he owns the trademark, he does. I think Thad knows it also, thats why he tried to buy it from him.(You know what i'm talking about )

Did you guys enjoy the picture of Mark standing by Apache Heritage(crap, according to your post) on the FRONT PAGE of the Palm Beach Post ??? Great advertising for McManus.

Crap ?That "CRAP" won 2 world championships, lol.
I have some advice for you, you have to have a boat in the water to win World Championships.

Immaculant finish ???? Have they even popped a hull out of the mold yet ???

The REAL DEAL, lol. I love it. Not one boat built, not one race won and they are the "REAL DEAL". pfft.

From the pics posted it looks like they sold two shirts at the Miami show. I stand corrected, they are busier than I thought.
Thad is really hung up on that Apache trademark. It will be devastating when he goes to court with Moment of Truth and loses. He will probably launch the hull and deck molds along with all those unsold shirts and simulate a Viking funeral.

not having anything to do with the company anymore i have a few questions then.
I dont think Thad would have paid a dime for the name warrior powerboats but I could be wrong.
I dont think thad would start marketing apache and selling shirts and everything when he bought warrior if in fact what you say is correct. (not saying if it is or if it is not)
This is what bothers me about this whole mess
If in fact MM still owns the apache names why is he not building boats? If bobby still owns the name why did he go wtih chief and start up that venture?
I mean Thad has newspaper articles, magazine ads, a BUILDING with apache on the doors, made molds and went to this major expense all for nothing? for a "warrior " powerboats name that no one would really care for (maybe im wrong there too?)

He went to major trouble, major expense and hassle and everything else to what just "wish" he owned the company?
Something does not add up here at all.
I really dont think he would invest 3-4 million out of his pocket on a company he does not own. NO ONE is that stupid.
so with all of this Mark can just start building boats now with Thad paying tons of loot for advertising for him?

WOW what a gimmie

Cigfirefox, without that name he is screwed dont you agree?
He should be hung up on it, that name will make or break everything they have done in Delray up to this point

Jay

Mark M is building boats. He always has been building boats, he never stopped. I visit the factory all the time, i've seen them. Theres a brand new Apache thats been out of the mold for a few months getting rigged even as we speak. It will be done by the end of july.

Thad didn't do his due diligence, its that simple. This lawsuit is just cover for his lack of business knowledge.

MomentOfTruth likes to talk about the HIN number when alleging Mark hasn't built a boat in a long time. He ain't very smart. I'm going to let him figure it out the hard way.

Thanks Carl,
I spoke to Bob Carlson at Martin Marine, he said "those imitation apache's- there not real"
I laughed.
Anyway im IT manager for a custom home builder firm down here in South Florida now so I dont know much of what is going on over there anymore.

What a freakin mess!!! Glad im out of this one, i think this whole thing is going to get uglier before it gets better for all involved.
