There is something very satisfying about going out that inlet

Carl,
Good point, I will take that into consideration when I am doing my design work. I will mock up some test panels and do a hydostatic test.

Hey Stinson,
I was having a brainstorm this morning, why don't we put them hydro foil thingys on the boat to lift it out of the water? That way we could really go out in the ruff stuff. You know, make them hydraulicly adjustable, cool huh?

I actually believe that Thad Allen invested in the Apache name because of a love for the sport. He did or still does believe he can resurrect a great name today in bad economic times based on a legend and a love for the sport. The same love we all share for running off-shore. The same love I shared when I entered this boat building arena.

He got mislead by what he was buying but through no fault of his own. Forget a 'due-dillegence' excuse and blaming lawyers and accountants.

He's wet behind the ears. He was enticed into the venture but only through this love and the silver-plated crap he was handed through steve and steve.

I've only recently become to know Bobby, Sean and Scott and a few others through this mess. Stan Gordon, a true gentleman, Fred Cecil, A real junkie. Bosco and a few others. It's been educational, exceptionally interesting and something I will never forget.

The same goes for the twin steves. They are amusing. But neither one knows anything about building a boat.

However these 2 guys are the best at milking investors, milking paychecks, and producing absolutely nothing worth anything to anybody I have ever met. Including myself.

Take it for what it's worth.

My name is Patrick Haughey and I own Active Thunder Boats. I am neither a great boat- builder, a great designer or a great promoter. I hate children and grandmothers but I try to tell the truth.

And I wake up everyday wanting to go out the inlet and not go to work.
Pat-

Very positive, very nice post. Thank you for enlightening some of the people that aren't in the know, because you are an actual employer of some of these people, and you know the truth. It is nice to hear someone with a first class personality and business ethic.

Thanks again
Terra & Sean Stinson

Now there is another enlightening moment of truth.
I'm surprized that there has been no opposing views posted concerning this statement.

Hey Robert
We can get those things on a great deal from "The Underground Balloon Club" they tell me the yaw and the yee work absolutely spectacular when trying to fly the tight constraints of the caverns of bats. Our Commodore Vic 20 computer system will power it just fine. If not we can step up to the Commodore 64 system for the auto hydraulic trim settings.

I would hope that the two gurus of the boat building world had enough sense not to copy it. That would certainly be a tragedy for the 'T-4'.

Pat.
I think your patent number is incorrect... here is a picture of patent 36879.. it is for an india rubber shell wad.....
