Boat was involved in an accident 2 years ago on Lake Powell going to an event. The employee driving was killed and the passenger hurt very badly. The boat sat in 400 feet of water for 3 weeks while recovery was arranged. They broke the platform after breaking the stern eyes trying to bring it to the surface. The boat is un-repairable per Baja at the time.

arent they suppose to fill the cabin and cockpit with air bags to displace the water,,then try to rise it,,,,what a bunch of di$k heads

I still just don't see how that boat would break where it did with no damage to the bottom.
