Jason is your trailer boxed painted SS??

Huh? The trailer is a steel Heritage that I had fixed the right way, the way it should have been made to begin with. It is all square tube framing & runners.
It has new paint, new springs, bearings & seals, brake system, 8 new 15" wheels & 10 ply tires (so you're not blowing out tires every trip) new wiring, new LED lights.

I'll be doing salt water boating so your trailer is a no-go for me...I wont buy anything other than Aluminum at this point.

The way these trailers should have been built from the beginning. Best money we spent on upgrading a trailer.

Personally I would not let the tailer keep me from buying a boat. There are other options and the tailer is a nominal expense in the grand scheme. Sell the tailer and get the one you like, because my guess is most will be painted steel.

I recently put an offer in on a 2001 29' baja outlaw with optioned 496 motors...Seller wanted 50k. My original offer without trailer was... 25k.

I heard back from the broker today...The seller wants 29k. The deal is as good as done pending survey and sea trial. This should be done this weekend.

Just need to find an aluminum trailer.

^^I should mention that it has twin 496's...

Hopefully all goes as planned...

It would make me wonder a little bit, but if you had it surveyed and they say it's good you made out.

The owner is having a pre survey conducted to ensure everything is mechanically sound...the boat has been on the market for over a year and the owner wants it sold. It took some broker convincing but we have a preliminary deal in place.

$29k down? When is the rest due?
