I was reading your post about a 236 and had to sign up and fill you in on the 236. I have one and love it. Rides great and has tons of space for a 23 footer just like everyone says.. Hit me up with any questions. Ill post some pics of it.. who knows maybe you can talk me out of it!

I had a 1991 260 for 14 years. Bought it in 1996. Throughtout those years did many upgrades (bolster seats, new upholstery, gauges, led lights, Livorsi shifter, steering wheel, stereo, etc...) which the last was putting marine air in it. Great boat with the only drawback was with the 21 degree deadrise. Great cockpit space. Never upgraded the 7.4 engine as it still ran good but not fast. Sold to a friend for 12,000 3 years ago.

This boat looks really clean, seems well cared for, redone motor decent colors... Priced alittle high but might not hurt to call. And Boston is semi close. Tolls are killer heading north lol

What boat was this in Boston? 272?

Guy was running the bid up on me on the 1st 260, got an offer from him for $14,200 after sale ended and reserve not hit as I was 2nd highest bidder, a little more than I want to pay but I told him and am bidding on the other 260 on Ebay in Missouri, figure I should be able to get it here for around $1k, so if I can get it less I'll be in good shape, got 2 days left on it.

Nice looking 260 Firehill19, now you have me worried about the deadrise, I was hoping the 26 could take some rough water as I boat in the Cheaspeake and was going bigger for that reason.

I would drop the tabs down to smooth out the ride some but the lake i'm on is all bulkheaded so wakes hit ya from every direction. Sometimes its even rough in my 302 I have now. Mine had shorepower and galley package options. Again, a great boat for sure.

Wife likes the color scheme and having silent choice on the one from New York, she's worried the one from Missouri will be too loud and all the dark blue vinyl will be so hot. Also wonder if the one from Missouri has to have premium, were I gas up they only have mid grade. Plus we can ride up the 3 hrs to look at the one in New York before I purchase vs the one in Missouri I won't see it until I get it shipped here if I buy it. New York boat doesn't have trim tabs or the killer stereo system. Tough deciding.

It's all up to you now.. I believe the New York boat you have negotiating power now because he contacted you.. The Missouri boat I would send the guy a message or email stating what your max dollar is and if he would end the auction early to do the deal pending a survey!!!!
