I have always wanted to see a Baja with surface drive, never seen one yet! AS far as Dan Vinings Baja running 107 at shootout,it wasn't a outlaw but still the same one of the VERY fastest single engine Baja's I have EVER heard of. What is really funny is we boated at the same place (Hardy Pond) for several years and I never ran into him to have a race. His boat would have SMOKED mine but I would have still ran him , his boat was either broke or mine was when his wasn't, Smitty

You are in a Baja forum and bashing them. That's not cool man. Ok. I love my Velocity too, but I used to own a Baja and I loved it. Took eveything I could throw at it. There are many Bajas out there that are bad ass. They look great and some are very fast. High Performance boating is a brotherhood. Anyone and all brands are welcome. Every brand has there good and bad things. If you could combine them all you would have the perfect package. Baja's included.

You would think that a guy who owns a boat repair shop (A&R Performance) would not come onto a boat forum and call a certain brand of boats " P O S " ... You would think the inverse !

He needs to take notes from Eddie @ Young Performance!!!
