Need new trailer
#11
My Loadmaster has done well so far. I have several miles on it with my 28 Thunder and no problems. I had an Eagle under my last boat and had nothing but trouble. I would be lying though if I said I wouldn't like to have a Myco. By the way my best friend has a 272 Boss so I hope you dont mind me lurking.

Sounds like you have good friends! LOL
Eagle makes a great trailer, second only to Myco.
Personally I like the all aluminum non-painted look. Just rinse it off and it always looks the same. No paint chips and rust to deal with.
Stop in and lurk again dude.

Ric232,
A buddy went to Lowes and purchased an aluminum diamond plate tool box and added it to his trailer. It is fully welded and has a gasket around the lid, and locks. Looks very nice. I would mount it as far forward as possible to keep it out of the water. If you launch in salt water, clean it up real good each time.
I am sure Myco will sell you one, you will probably pay a premium for it though. Call Bill Twitty down there and ask him. They are nice folks.
I was considering adding one, but have my rig balanced out very well and hate to mess with the tongue weight at this point.
Good luck.

I will have a Myco for sale real soon. It is a 99 white Myco with tool box, spare tire, has many trick options. Needs sandblast and paint to look its best.
$5500 takes it. Trailer is set up for 37 Outerlimits Stilleto
Located in Tampa FL
