I guess you are all figuring out that Fred is NOT one of "the good guys"....

Just a little hint. If you want to be taken seriously with your allegations, kindly identify yourself. We OSO'rs really like to know who's behind any and all serious allegations and you are making some pretty serious ones.

Just for the record, a LOT of Burger Kings went down in the last 2-3 years. Multi-unit franchisees all had some issues.

Not saying one is connected to the other, but it is a known fact.

Hamilton, Like I always say things usually work themselves out people get figured out. National Marine was the same way. I honestly can say I am floored by all this and as more comes out its not looking good at all. Good luck with your issues I hope it gets resolved along with the others.

Dude, you've got like 5 posts, you just joined this month, your current credibility is zilch!

Like Airpacker said, step out, identify your relationship with Trick. Then, you can state your case.

Most everyone else here at least recognizes the others on the forum and we know who knows whom and who's dealt with whom.

Let's try the CMI - - Livorsi connection.

CMI gets left on the hook for huge $$$ for headers, tries to get their inventory back. Can't, it was sold and not paid for. CMI is owned by Comp X who then buy Livorsi. Comp X tells Trick to pay old invoices for CMI. Trick can't/won't pay so Comp X stops Livorsi from shipping to Trick.

Trick stops saying nice things about Livorsi.

Like you said in the deleted post; folks on OSO don't know a fraction of what is realy going on.

If you only knew how many lawyers are working on this now trying to get their clients money.
