It goes both ways guys. I get calls to represent insurance companies for audio Video losses all the time. The last time was the worst. The guy wanted them to replace his 1000 dollar speakers with 100,000 dollar ones. The insurance company had already been snowballed to think that his projector was 45,000 dollars new and paid out on it! When I saw the projector I knew it was only a 9,000 dollar projector and worthless. I have another one that I have to go to on Tuesday morning. The owner had a Bose system with a push button switcher. He is claiming that a like kind and quality replacement is a Onkyo system with a fully automated switching system with touch panels for 75,000.

But it's ok. They give alot of money to our elected leaders so we have to be glad for that. If not, our elected leaders might have to actually do good things for their constituents to get re-elected. Now they just accept the blood money and use it to buy our votes.

[QUOTE=Indy;3465035]I can't tell you how many people I know have had a potential claim on their insurance but don't submit it because what'll happen to them...rate increases, denials, or long drawn-out hassles.

It makes no sense...to have a claim, but not submit it and continue to pay premiums.

We had a small claim on our house a few years back, the insurance company paid it but increased our premiums so much that they would have recouped their outlay in two years. And on top of it they put it on whatever Nazi insurance internet data base there is so everyone could see it. All companies then pretty much matched the increased premiums.
house claim = same here met life sux, AIG is the worst , they screw everyone that goes on workers comp, I bet 1/4 or more of our income goes to insurance companies= life/house/car/health/ and toys . oh then theres taxes.

LOL No tricks.

Type in any of the names yourself.

The title of this thread is somewhat misleading.

Cardshark was only one of many boats that went missing.

Not all the names that have been thrown around had something to do with Cardshark
