Come to court in Mississippi.

That's where JJ sued me. He didn't dare bring this to my state where I do business. Sue me in his hometown where he claims to be the NON Official Mayor.
Wow! You really know how to dig yourself in deep with all the manipulative defensive tactics! Not good for business to show OSO members that part of you. Always seeking Leverage (Ironic, isnt it?) over someone instead of coming to a mutual agreement........Yup, that's definately you. I'm done posting on this thread, it's obvious from all your ranting that deep down inside you know you're wrong. But hey, there's always court and who knows? Bullchit is a powerful tool! LOL!

Hey Andy,

You do bring up a point I overlooked.

THIS QUESTION IS FOR JEFF
Since he posted this and has made 2 appearances I believe. Sent everyone else to try and defend him.

JEFF, WAS THIS A LOAN OR DID YOU SEE THIS AS A POTENTIAL BUY IN TO LEVERAGE?

When Jeff answers, I will.....................

My 2 questions are still out there.

I think you should have paid the notes then if you had other issues you should address them. In court if need be. I had a simular thing happen to me when I loaned someone 27K. I took them to court cause he refused to pay and he started telling the judge all sorts of reasons he didn't owe that much. In the end the Judge told him we are here for this case and this case only and he would have to file another case to here all the other stuff. In short pay this and then start another case.

Fun Upside?

Why delete what you post? I haven't read too much here but that looks bad to delete post after post after post after post. I'm sure you did hear good things about me. Now.....what about you and why are you hanging your head? Regrets?

He went on a rant about nothing related to the subject.

Then he suddenly got legal advice at 1230 in the morning.

Not very good advise at that he must have woke his attorney up.
I can hear the Judge now, "Lets see, court cost, defendent attorney fees, Plantiff attorney fees, interest/penalties + note. That comes to $62,345.90. Please pay the clerk on your way out." "Next"
