if the Cops show up at the gas station for someone filling there car with gas and driving away without paying = THEFT , they pursue them, and they prosecute them i would sure think Just ins stolen fontain would make the list ...carry on

I personally could care less about seeing THIS police report. All its basically gonna state is what Justin told them. I wanna see the final outcome.
Maybe the police arent moving very quick on this because they get the feeling the kid is kinda slippery too.

The police dont have to look for the black guy as a perp but I dont get that they cant talk to him as a person of interest and straight up ask to see his boat.
Very very confusing and frustrating.

here is the report. I was a cop so I do know a little about the law and how this is supposed to work. if the detective thought there was more to the story then he wouldn't have listed the boat and trailer as stolen PERIOD without further investigation. plain and simple Justin got ripped off.
