What ever happened with the Card Shark debacle?

There are so many speaking that have no clue. when arrested say for a DUI, you have at a minimum 5 charges against you. then they whittle them down, I know this first hand. Dont for one second think that an overzealous prosecutor trying to make a name for himself wont add charges to make a jaywalker seem like Al Capone.
Now for card shark from the people I have spoken with and know, the proper people are in Jail, the others cut a deal before all this went down to escape, and prosecutors are trying to make a flimsy case against others.
As for the Activator, dont for one second think that the current owner was the only one duped. Ask him to see his loan documents and ask him who he made his payments to
, see if he can produce ALL the info, my bet is he wont (loanholder)...that person is the one that is out the majority of the money, I'll leave his name out of it...slonaker, you are a moron, you have no clue what you are talking about and only want to try to vindicate a career criminal.

If anyone thinks that someone gets a felony charge dropped to a misdemeanor for free they are mistaken.
People just have to figure out what was traded for that courtesy.

I never said i was innocent or guilty of anything on this site.yes ask anyone that knows me and they will tell you I don't take b.s. from anyone.Have i been locked 40 or 50 times sure.Add up all the time i have spent in jail and it is less than Martha Stewart.Not bad for a person some say is violent.And for the record there are not too many innocent hard working people on this site,in my opinion

I had a boat stolen from me , so these are facts . 6 months and an attorney to get paid from the insurance company . Droped by same company as my carrier . Limited market now resulted in paying double the premium and feeling lucky to get it . Also need to keep my boat in secured area now when not in use . If this happens to you , expect to go through hell for years till the insurance company will cut you any slack . This is everybody's problem reflected in your premium when you renew , belive it .

All I know is that Hi-perf. boat insurance in Fl is phucking ridiculously high, and the main reason is we lead the nation in boat related theft. So yeah, this affects us all. And I hope everyone involved gets what they deserve.

Who do you think holds the note on Tims Activator? Also what about all the money he put down. He was making payments when they came and seized his boat. He paid cash for the trailer which he still hasnt gotten back. So before you talk **** about who holds the note he had a ton of money into this boat he wont get back. Thats some BS.
