Thought about it and thought...why not. It's time to irritate a few people...

Curtis WAS arrested and has been in jail over his Domestic Abuse charge (threatening to harm his wife) and finally made bail...or he is in the process of making bail at this time. Maybe JC got him out...dont know...dont care and didnt ask. Curtis's trial for his sentencing is going to be put off for a while because the Judge wants to wait and see what happens on his domestic charge...which could be dismissed, probation or more jail time. He WILL go to a court sentencing after the D/A stuff and Winters trial is over with and regardless of what he says...he is going to prison. Whatever happens at his D/A charge trial most likely is going to effect his jail time for pleading guilty to felony insurance fraud for conjuring up a boat that never existed (I dont know why other than maybe the Judge is pretty pissed off). By the way...did I mention that the owner of the Skater boats testified againt him stating that his company...SKATER...never issued the serial numbers or built a boat with those serial numbers that Curtis used on it. This is one of the main weapons the prosecuters had that nailed him. After that he pled guilty to try to save himself some time. He can lie all he wants...his felony plea has NOT been reduced to a misdeamer as he claims...which is just another Curtis lie and something that we should get use to. Another thing is that it was assumed that all the other felonies against him were combimed into the guilty plea. Woopsie...wrong! He still has 2 more felonies to deal with AFTER his sentencing for the insurance fraud thing. And again...he is looking at 2-1/2 to 7 years just on the insurance fraud plea of GUILTY. The other two felonies can mean even more time and I was told that so far, all deals on the other felonies have been rejected. My opinion is that the Judge that will be doing the sentencing wants to see what happens in the other court with his D/A charge and also see what else, if anything new, comes out with the Winters trial. Winters trial is scheduled to start on Monday, June 25 and it could take as long as a month to complete. If it does take this long, then it is going to be a show...very entertaining and certainly something to see...hmmmmmmmm, I see a road trip in the future.

This is enough info for the moment...maybe more later.

Oh...one more thing...everyone be sure to wish good ole Curtis a happy birthday July 12. You wont be able to do so next year. If he hadnt of made the D/A threat...he would have been gone to a State hotel by the end of this month. He got lucky again...and when I say AGAIN...Curtis will know exactly what I mean.

That was Joe Srgo and as I understand it...he has paid half of his fine. From the other stuff that I know about him...he better go to church every Sunday and Wednesday for the rest of his life to thank GOD that he got off with what he did. Joe was in deep cahootz with Angelo. If he ever has any more issues with the law...he will go down as a habitual on the three strikes rule and he is gone forever. I dont remember when he has to pay the rest, but I think it is coming up soon...maybe August or September.

Curtis is ALSO teasing the three strike rule. That is going to depend on his other two felonies and if convicted on them...then it is possible...very possible that it is all over but the crying on his part making his bragging of being in jail as much as 50 times just one time too many. This time, it could be permanent.

What an outstanding group of human beings we have hanging out here. Makes me want to vomit. Jeff Murray, JC Perf, Cecil, Hionis, Scotty, Troutly, Darr, etc. What's even more disgusting is I remember these names. Total scumbags.

You are right and all but one is still allowed to come on here and post. Jeff was banned, but still the others can post...even those that have been convicted. For those that havent been charged, but yet are still being looked at...those two Texans are advertisers and put out money. As the saying goes...money talks and BS walks. Nothing will be done to them because of the money issue. Most of the others are good buds with the powers that be, so they have built in protection...pretty much one sided. If they have been convicted, then in my opinion they should be booted. As for the two Texans, one being the master-mind of the CardShark saga...since they havent been charged or convicted (yet)...then let them stay...all they do is hide and watch. Their built in protection with the Sheriff and DA in Sherman covers their butts.

JC...Jeff Cropper...has done exactly as he has been told by his lawyer...dont post and dont say anything until you are done with your court. I look at Jeff as the smart one in the bunch, but his brother Curtis is several french fries short of a happy meal and he hasnt posted anything because he has been in jail...again.

OSO is a community of 61,000 plus members and we're not all perfect so you have to expect a criminal element just as in a real world community of similar size.

I was a big big fan of this sport!Now not so much but chasing the races I met talked with some of these guys still find it odd the whole thing??But they are why the sport will fizzle out sad but true!Races not going off poker runs not happening law suits etc etc(Because of Scumbags of recent) But please post all names involved and who they are also!Because I've been hearing a lot of other big name buisness& marina owners were involved also in both states!If true all race &poker runners orgs should ban them not hang out&promote them as Great Guys????? Please post all names!???
