Sorry to blow your skirt up, but it isnt over for either one of them...not by a long shot. I was told yesterday that the Winters trial will be over Monday and that a fine was expected to be in the middle 6 figure range. If Winters gets hits hard with a fine for his small part in this mess and I was JC...I would find a place to hide. JC does not have that kind of money, but maybe he can get it from Srgo or Winters.
Sgro was hit with 750K and he has the money to pay it. Winters also has that kind of money since he sold his garbage business in New Jersey a while back.
I will get a call when the Winters trial is completely over and everything is settled.

Yeah Jimmy is a good guy. He has taken money from hard working people and just refused to give it back. Now he is guilty and will have to pay them back. He got away with keeping the money for years. He actually wrote my friend a bad check and his mom had to make good on it for him. This guy is TRASH.

Sorry guys...I know...it's my fault, but it might be tomorrow before Winters has his day in court complete. I dont know what the deal is or why it might be tomorrow...I havent talked with anyone since the other day.
OK...just got a call after I made a call and for whatever reason (I dont know why)...Winters is either still free or Winters still has money until August 28, 2012. Thats all I know right now. I will ask a few questions and if the answers they give me are ok to post...I will, but if they ask me to not post anything yet...I will respect their request. Most of you will understand this while others just cant seem to understand.
This information came as a shock to me and NO...I AM NOT TAKING A JAB AT HIM...just expressing my condolences. As many of you know, Leon Derebery and I do not get along, but his wife passed away a few weeks back. I met her at his place one time and she was a very nice lady. I hate the fact that she has passed and do respectfully give Leon and the family my condolences. maybe this was posted and I missed it...dont know, but it would be nice for people to pay their respects.

Maybe he is the guy that helped chainsaw up CardShark with the other guys & then called to collect the reward?
