Sorry but it has seemed to be pretty much on topic if you read from front to back, instead of a mod popping when somebody flags somebody... If it was all FACTS then OSO would have no posts on ANY thread.. look at the MY WAY thread first turbine blew up not a fact, People are gonna call people names and usually it is froma person that knows somebody in the guilty parties and by calling names is there way of dealing with the anger and disbelief of something like this happening and they cant see thru the bs... If the OSO staff is tired of the ones complaining then delete them? seems being called a chithead or banana head has been said as of lately.. If a grown person can dish it out but not take it then their is a reason for it....
Alas I dont belive you would be the right mod to regulate this thread for the ties in the racing world protecting or not. I know the racing world is tight as watch each others back be meaning so or not.... was in the racing scene in 2005 so yes know the players in the game as well...
People have the right to speculate and to put their own ending on it, but locking this thread is kinda hiding the truth and facts......

the Winters trial will be over Monday and that a fine was expected to be in the middle 6 figure range.
Sgro was hit with 750K and he has the money to pay it. Winters also has that kind of money since he sold his garbage business in New Jersey a while back.

Judging by what I read here about the other guys plea bargain agreement with the New York prosecutors he'll probably only get a slap on the wrist/wallet too with a short little probated sentence.
It appears to me that if the boat would have been stolen there nobody would have been incarcerated for any of that mess, they could just cop to the lowest charge, pay a fine, and flush the rest.
I guess the lowest person in the group who committed his crime in Texas will be the only one who'll end up serving time for his actions.
