I would return the money and try to rebuild my reputation.

I can tell you he spent the money and simply doesn`t have it anymore.. so hes using the excuse that because the OP slandered him on here he feels he doen`t have to refund his money ...which is a complete bull$hit excuse.
If he wasn`t a piece of **** he`d at least make an effort and maybe send the guy back the $$ in payments, at minimum.

It is amazing how these ass clowns can justify stealing from someone. A good friend received a check for services already rendered - but he agreed to hold the check for 30 days (now he knows after 10 it is considered invalid in the state and they can't prosecute). When my buddy tried to deposit the check - it bounced. When he confronted him, the bad check writer felt justified and wasn't going to pay because my buddy had "told someone" that he bounced a check and owed him money. Problem...the check was written 30+ days (on a closed account) before anybody could ever told anybody about it...seems a little premeditated.

Jeff's name sounds very familiar.. K-ZOO is only about 90 minutes from me, if he's at car dealers, I have a ton of guys at Seelye that can pinpoint him. I go to GR a lot, I'll make it a point to swing by kzoo and phuck with him every time until he sets things straight. He may not worry about internet trash talk, but he might care about someone calling him out at work in front of his peers.

I still havent gotten a refund and he wont answer my calls or texts because i started this thread... even though i told him i would do this if he didnt give me my money back, so he uses this thread as an excuse not to pay me back because now he has a bad name

Sucks this happened on a side note swap shop should be for paying only. It would help with some of this I think.
