As far as I know OSO is still Steve who sold OSO to IB. Him not being around for a while is probably how he accidentally quoted eddie instead of 1MOSES1.

I had a post typed out just as Cashbar said in #27, but decided not to post it to avoid taking Ed's thread even farther off course.

Holy crap! I did not even realize that was a post by OSO. He quietly buys a new performance boat and then pops in here for a quick post. Next thing you know he will be at poker runs and making IB a lowball offer to buy this place back. LOL

Don’t worry, you’ll hear that no outdrive or transom assembly has a serial number if it isn’t sold as a complete engine package.

That is completely not true. They all have serials. On the box and on the unit itself.

Yes that was a mistake, the wrong person was quoted. Please accept my apologies.

You are welcome to state facts, however, this forum is for the parties involved.

Please remember export dealers (if in fact a company is a dealer) sell at lower prices because they don't have the same return policies and do not offer the same warranty that US dealers offer. That does not by any means mean that a seller does not have to deliver what was sold, that is an issue for lawyers and parties involved and if buyer feels necessary the proper authorities.

I suggest that people purchase from OSO advertisers and known dealers that the members have had good dealings with.
