For Now...

I've got race prep'd 540 on the way, should be good for 600hp.

If you can only get 4200rpm, why are you wanting a bigger prop? What rev range are you built for?

I've hit 71.4 at 4250rpm but my motor (currently) is built for 6000rpm but I can't get it past about 4300rom at the moment mainly because I keep hitting big waves or headwinds.

New motor gets built and put in when I get back from my current trip so then it's game on!

Anyone running a -2" shorty yet?

Congrats, but I have to ask.. What gear ratio is the drive, what pitch prop was on this for that run?? If you need more prop I would think the rpms would be higher then 4200.. Just curious, Details deatails

I can prob bet that 5 blade is not going to run better, will prob have issues with cavitation.. Best bet is to stick with a 4b bravo 1 prop. Seems to work best for us, among the props we have tried.. But best of luck to ya. So your saying at 4200 it wa not enough prop?? so you didn't run it up any further??

I am coming for ya
