Just picked this up on ebay. I remembered seeing it at the Miami Boat Show 2006 as a conceptual model for the Cig 55' cruiser. I went to school for Industrial Design and know how much time went into making something like this and thoght it would look good in my collection of Cig stuff. A few years ago I bought some concept renderings and promo pics of early 80's models.

I almost bid on that. I have so much Cig stuff with no where to put it. What was the final number on that piece?

Saw a Fountain this week-end for sale....

Got it for $200 + 40 shipping. It is 42 inches long and weighs over 20 lbs.
I graduated Syracuse U. w/ a degree in Industrial design and built some scale prototype models so I know how much time went into to that. I have no idea where I am going to put it but for the uniqueness and price, I couldn't pass it up. Most prototype models like that are kept by the designers or dedstroyed.
