Default Props (not the kind on the boat) to Phil (Lip-Ship)!

Once again, Phil comes through. He never ceases to amaze me. I sent him my cabin door (which was TORE UP!!) to get repaired. Not only does it get repaired in a timely manner, it looks better than new. Seriously, the quality of product that comes out of that place, whether it's a 45' Maximus or a bathroom door, is just amazing. Fast turn around and the door looks better than new. I just wish I had pics of it before and after.

Theres no question of my loyalty to Phil and the crew but I just thought I'd share, it's the little things like this that make Lip-Ship a superior sales/service shop.

A week before we were headed down for New Years Phil calls me..."Are you coming down next week?...Yes...I thought so...will make certain the batteries are charged, and she's clean and ready to go for you." She was.

Who else would have remembered (I told him 6 weeks prior), let alone even call? Phil could do seminars on customer service...he is the man.

My 24 Fire Fox should be at Lip-Ships sometime today and the Resto-Mod will get started. I've been talking and emailing with Phil about this project and am so excited that he his doing the project.

I agree, even though my boat was only in Florida for a short time when we went down for the keywest poker run the boat looked amazing, even though he was busy His guys quick cleaning did a better job then some detailers.

He went over the whole boat while it was there so all we had to do was get in and go. And i didnt even buy the boat from him.

But i will on my next boat.

I have to agree, I have never met him, but his advice and help on my 20 has been invaluable. When I needed parts for my tiger that I wanted to be OE cig, I called him direct. was shipped out that day.
