Probably little visible progress to show. Looking at a pic of 120-grit sanded deck looks quite a bit like 240-grit sanded deck.

I should have all the deck hardware by week's end. I'm going with the slimline pull-up cleats and pop-up lights. I'm going out Friday to make templates for the dash panels- they'll be engraved aluminum plate. I need to fabricate a "pod" to go in front of it so the big gauges have somewhere to go.

check oniell offshore for the cleats Chris, I'm putting them on the 20 too and they had the best price.

8 bucks cheaper than what I paid. :(

I was in a hurry though. I don't want to hold Dave up- he's easily distracted. He keeps wandering off to sand on that upside-down rowboat.

:)

Boat looks great Chris, good luck with it, have you seen my resto project? Keep the pics comming.

Yes, I've been peeking in. It's looking good. I hope someday to go back to working on my 41. I knew this would happen- I bought the 35 just to straighten up and use- something that wouldn't be a distraction. Had I put this much time, effort and money into the Apache, I'd probably have it running this summer. Oh well.

I don't know that new blower motors and Konrads are "might as well's" I think it's "the boy's got a screw loose".

On the 20- I'm now regretting selling mine.

[QUOTE=Chris Sunkin;2490577]No way would I run a newly-rigged boat to Bimini- especially one with a small tank on it like this one.

[QUOTE]
It's the perfect candidate!!!
Don't run it too hard - run it to finish. Or just to be there.
Small fuel tank?? I saw two 180 gal. bladders for sale today - should do the job easily.

I refer to it as the disease "mightaswellanoma".:D
I have a serious case of this.
Fortunately, it was contagious to my wife.

Yeah, that's in my nature.

How much is a Sea-Tow from the middle of the Gulf Stream?
