This is all great info that I have been staying out of until now. I am looking at the many point of views shared in this thread, in my opinion somewhere in the middle of what everyone is saying is probably where the market is right now. I know the guys with the high dollar boats don't want to see their pride and joy being devalued. On the other side the sharks aren't going to steal the CLEAN low hour boats either. The right boats will sell for a good buck to the seller and buyer. The real story is has anybody tried to get fianancing in the last few weeks? How about putting 100K down and see what happens. Not to state the obvious but the financial market is ugly right now and I am glad I bought my boat this past spring! Bottom line is cash is king. This is the humble opinion of a Sunny owner who would really like to get into a Cig someday!

Financing is tough to come by and what is making it even more difficult is that even if you are well collateralized the banks still dont need the risk of additional inventory. As an owner I say that you are foolish to let a cash buyer slip away, as a buyer I am looking to grab a good boat at a fair price. Things that always need to be considered are how soon is the next rebuild, is the boat hard on drives, has it been well kept cosmetically, is it a known boat... etc.
Here are the considerations so far:
blue and white TG in NY with 750 Zuls, although rebuilt by someone other than Richie
Mondaze's old TG
ASG's boat
HFT
and a few big power Glads.....
I also like the 35 TG in AZ.... for the right price that boat could be made into something really cool. Some 750's on boxes..... 100++++
Well, the hunt will continue and please keep the suggestions rolling.
