Any computer geeks out there that can make a Sb/Bb comparison simulation program on the Cig20'? Even though Cigarette used smallblocks in the day - they did not have a lot of hp than what some owners are using today. Just something else to add to the equation. So we will have to weigh the pros and the cons - great input though

This weekend I did a dry fit of the V-10 in the 20. I did have to do some minor mods to get it in but it fits! The Ilmor is about 2 inches longer than a traditional V-8. Basically we mounted the inner transom plate and dropped the motor in, mounted the bell housing to the inner plate and then dropped the motor level. I was presently surprised that it went in. I was very worried it was going to be a major problem. Here are some pics...

Thanks Paul! I think it should go pretty good. The Ilmor has an aluminum block and is about 200lbs lighter than a big block.

That's really nice !!! - will the stock cig hatch cover the
