turn it upside down and put it on some poles. Make yourself a covered smoking section.

Looks good to me. I think that is a special edition. A little duct tape and should be good to go.

I'd make an offer at 12k. I figure 2-3 weekends with a chain saw and I could get rid of all the pieces in a dumpster. Even a big dumpster would be less than $500 so I'd have 11,500 for my time. Hell, it's winter, I'd take it away for him for 10k, I'm feeling generous.

It might be worth $500. I figure that way I could more than recoupe my money with the swim platform. Plus I'd get the entertainment factor out of dropping it off in my Cig-loving neighbors driveway. I'd have to take pics of it in his front lawn too and send them to him for Christmas as well.



The more I think about it, Kev you should buy it and make another dog kennel out of it!

Not a bad idea Scot. But only a select group of dogs would be allowed to stay there.....
