Sell the trailer and hardware, then, cut the transome off and make a wet bar out of it

Granted that was a newer boat, but at least this damage is localized, and localized to a part of the hull that is structurally (geometrically) the strongest part (lots of surfaces coming together at a point). Also there is no heavy equipment mounted
up there, this is the lightest and least stressed area of the hull.
