I think you should keep the 39, and also keep the text just the way it is. You finally got to a good design.

Rocky, thanks. After much thought I too decided to stay with the original design.

Unfortunately though, the racing stripes are no longer down the steps inside the boat as the steps are offset since the drivers cockpit is larger than the passenger side. The stripes would have been down the right side of it which wouldn't look right.

I hope you get it away from Lake George a few times so you can really use that power. It's such a PITA to worry about the water cops all the time. What are you doing to quiet the boat down?

Any chance you'll have it for the demo next weekend? I'll be up there...

Radar detectors on the boat? If the detector goes off, what do you do, just hit the brakes? :confused: Seems like there would be no way to go from 100+ to 45 before they get you.

If your smart about when/where you run there isnt a problem. Its the people who blow through a busy bay at 85 mph on 4th of July Weekend you get in trouble and blow it for everybody :lolhit:

I didn't mean a radar detector... I can't think of it. It's like a laser repeater or something. It pretty much stops that cops from getting a reading on speed if they use laser. We've been looking at one for a car but haven't looked for one on a boat yet. And yea haha "hit the brakes".

Latest update:

Boat is currently being rigged. Custom exhaust pipes were designed and are being manufactured. Seats are completed. Dash is almost complete. Hopefully ready for sea trials in a few weeks!

I am with you GRH. It is my boat and I am not claiming anything but the fact that is is a Cigarette and I hope it keeps up with the Cigarette reputation and is welcomed into the family!
