as I said earlier Looks real good. Those look like the same LEDs I went with in the engine room. I'm impressed - pictures looking up at the underside of the deck and they look good.

Thanks Dan! Let me know when you're out this way again and we'll try and get together.

Thanks Kris! The lights are Seamaster's...is that what you used? I went with them because they were cased in plastic and had the wire leads already attached and seemed like a nice, solid package. Plusthe USCG certification, while maybe overkill, was an added bonus for me.

Looks awesome, I redid all my gauges this year, and like we said earlier the "might as wells" took over, new bezels and redoing wiring. it is amazing over time to see how things were routed and then we change them around to our liking. I have led's going in engine bay soon as well and also on the trailer too.

Thanks osd!

Yeah the "might as wells" or "while this is out or off" really kill you! But I just keep pluggin away and try not to think about how far off "budget" I am...if I did that I'd probably sink the damn boat to stop the bleeding

It will be worth it in the end though...

Jason its looks great...... it looks like you have a notch transom, whos water pickups are you using, and are you using them for the motors or for the intercoolers...I'm basiclly at the same point as you, think I'm going to use the LWP on the drives for the intercoolers, and use the pickups with the whipple kit for the motors, theres just that theres not a hole lot of room in the mystique, and my transom is notched like yours.....I hope they are going to fit........But great job on your boat, I learned a few things from your thread, one was the aluminum foil thing on the holes and wiring, so simple but just never thought of it, I was trying to use paper......looking foward to more pics....Joe

Thanks Joe!

I decided to go with the Teague fixed but swept pickups. They have a curve going into the boat instead of a 90*. I'm using the Teague's for my I/C's because I have SSM IIIA's and already have a transom water p/u.

I have heard that what you are thinking about doing is a good way to do it. Use the drive water feed for the coolers then use a transom for the engines, better water supply to engines, depending on what pickups you use.

Glad you learned a few things...I can't take credit though for the aluminum foil, I picked that up on here myself

Any progress on the engines? Did they dyno them yet?

I am going to refresh mine now also.... That way I know what I have. I don't want to break down at Key West!!

Who did you use for the engines? I have worked a deal with Potter right now... That's more than likely who I will let do them.

Yup progress on the engines...both long blocks are now complete. Hopefully we can dyno them next week or the week after. I'm going to be out of town all next week so that will delay things a little bit but work comes first, have to pay for this money pit somehow

A friend of mine here in Ft. Lauderdale is doing them, real good guy and great engine builder. PM me if you want more details. If you're looking for a bigger name builder I would talk to Eddie Young...he's is amazing and been super helpful to me, even though he isn't doing the engines.

Jason - How's it coming together? I need a status update to continue to live vicariously through your successes. Seriously though I hope things are still coming together for you. Let us know when you have some time.

It's coming along Yankey, feels like it will never be done though

I've been out of town a bit so that's delayed things but here's some update pix of the engines. The first one is my mock up panel for the electronics accessory panels I'm using. They're all crappy cell phone pix but you get the idea...they're real close now!!!

Hopefully will get the accessories all test fitted tomorrow and everything painted that needs to be painted and then bolt it all together next week.

Oh yeah, all my new JL audio gear came in too really can't wait to get it all installed
