Default Top Gun project for sale

I found this in my travels. Alittle more work than I'm up for but I figured I'd pass it along.

Owners brother says he'd like "Around" 18k for it.

I wonder what power it has (if any) and the engine hours. That boat looks real tired.

Default top gun?

Looks like pre-top gun flatdeck.

I spoke with the guy that owns it. He indicated that he has owned it for eight years but has fallen on hard times in the construction business. According to him, the last time it was used one of the motors (454) seized. They tore it down but thats as far as it has gotten. Has sat outside uncovered for six months (His admission). The boat is an '89 with TRS drives and everything needs attention from power to paint to interior. My opinion is that it doesn't have any one thing that stands out to make it a worthwhile project at the asking price. I figured that someone might have more vision than I do thats why I put it out there.
