I only ran the 4 blade to baseline the combo to see what changed from Scarab, didn't get that far...

When I ran Scarab back the guy said trans had a leak, I looked at it, looked wet on top bu the vent, I figured he was just over filling, there was also gauges for pressure, well once I lost fluid enough it slipped a little in Scarab, put fluid in seemed ok but didn't beat on it, figured all was well, so I put it all in Cig, was fine went slowly to 4200, slipped, so I throttled back, checked fluid, looked good and clean, then would not go past 3000 then slips, so I guess when it slipped in Scarab that was it.... so out comes STBD. engine this Tuesday...

Then to top it off, wiped axle in trailer, so ya today sucked!!!

I had a axle snap on my 89 myco. Got it directly from dexter for like 125 bucks or so. Few years back now.

Yes sir. Actually they warrantied the axle since it broke at the weld where the spindle meets the tube. It was a drop axle. I had to pay the 125 or so, then send the old failed weld in, and they reimbursed me. Not bad considering it was a 1989! They said that it was considered a manufacturing defect. Myco wanted like 400 plus shipping for the axle. Dexter built it and had it to me in a few days

Yea same style. I don't have any of my dimensions handy, but it was a 5200lb drop style. Just came with the brake flange and I had to reuse my drums/bearings, etc. my trailer is a 1989 myco triple axle steel, 6 on 5.5 drums, etc.
