Not to distract anyone from this thread but this boat is another one that if I drove all that way for a cream puff and was lied to as bad as this ad states there would be some throttling going on. You guys say you feel bad for the person that buys Phil's for 20 something k. You guys should really feel bad for the poor bastard thats high bidder on this rotted transom cream puff

I am an inexperienced boater that could easily be suckered by your false and misleading claims and I take personal offence to your entire MO. You are not an honest person that is making honest claims. You have made many false claims which when proven to be untrue had a crap excuse and you have done nothing than shoot from the hip. Real businessmen with integrity way what they mean and do what they say.
You are a young guy full of piss and vinegar that bought a boat hoping to make a quick buck and along the way you had lied then tried to cover your ass multiple times. Your next post should be an apology to all of the folks that offered knowledge or defended you. Follow that with a rewrite of all your ads to be completely transparent then take a break from the internet for a bit. Do you really think anyone is going to buy your boat now with all of the crap on the net? Have you tried googling your name? The thing you have yet to understand is the OSO community is special in te way they offer advice and support yet they rally around each other in an effort to keep dishonest people from taking advantage of rookies like me. *NEW Professional cockpit re rigged, Misleading-a cockpit consists of much more than shifter cables *Upstate Powerboat. We are a new shop located out of the syracuse NY area. You don't have a shop you rent storage space, you don't have a business license, commercial insurance, employees, workers comp, a sign, you have nothing yet you are trying to convince a potential customer that you are a new Chief Performance? *We built this boat to bring it out to LOTO for the shoot out. It was previously being built for a client who backed out. which story is it? did you forget that you have posted updates all along clearly saying you didnt have a buyer? *The boat was stripped to a shell, and brought back to where it is now Not even close to "stripped to a shell" did you forget you posted pics? *It runs 62 on GPS in 1' chop with full tank and 2 people. Not accurate as per the sea trial survey WTF ?There is no cracking at all on this boat. It was actually in AWESOME condition when i bought it. Though it was neglected for some amount of years before we got out hands on it and brought it back to life. Do you even read what you type? The boat comes with a HEAVY duty trip axle trailer. 6 brand new bearings and 6 tires. 2 new fenders. new lights. etc etc.Completely misleading compared to this "and go for my trailer i really dont care... i told everyone its ratty," *The boat has had a survey last week and can be made available. sea trail went awesome. An awesome sea-trial/survey doesn't have your laundry list of issues that have been published If a cafe isnt your style, we can build any boat for any budget. we have a carbon 92 gun coming next week, and a P29 soon after. Completely misleading, you cannot build any boat for any budget, you painted a boat, ordered an interior job, ordered a rigging, that does not constitute a professional boat building shop |
