Looks great zombie. I would suggest you paint with 2 coats of resin to help seal the wood. That will help keep it from rotting to soon .
Cheers RG. |
Was looking at this to seal it up, actually soaks into the wood, instead of just putting it on top.

I had Tony from CMS build a set of 1000's for my last boat that ran flawless . He is high on a short list of people I would use around here . The interior redo looks nice and the flat decks have a great ride :ernaehrung004:

Got the interior just about done, and wet sanded and buffed one side, installed LED overhead lights in the cabin. Wish the weather would warm up a bit so I can pull the cover off!

Looking good man.
Your interior got done real quick.. I`ve had mine out since October with no progress. Last time I tell anyone 'take your time I`m not boating till spring next year' good luck on the rest of the project |
Both 540s fired right up after a long winters nap

Still waiting for the last few interior parts to be done, did some stitching on the cockpit cover, took the winter tent off, and finished everything below the rubrail, now on to the bow and topsides

Thanks! It is a far cry from most of the stuff that gets posted on OSO, but for a 31 year old, she looks pretty good.

Well I think it is ready to get wet, just finished the topsides, and installed the rest of the interior, still waiting on the sun pads, they should be done for the first ride this weekend

Great job Zombiescustoms, love the pleated interior!!

Thanks! Here is a shot of everything completed, as well as the 6061 aluminum cable covers I machined for all the control cables that pass through the transom, couldn't stand those cheesy plastic ones.

Msd is garbage. Avoid

Ended up being a coil, easy fix, and a lot cheaper than a box.
