can i just notch that stringer to clearence to large pans ... only two inch by three inch notch cant harm mutch lol nothing is simple i swear to god ,,, ugggggg

I'm not very knowledgeable on fiberglass. It doesn't look like a whole lot of material needs to be removed from that bracing, for the clearance you need. I don't think it would be a problem notching it, as long as you glass back over what you notch out properly. I'm sure someone with more knowledge on fiberglass will chime in.
Now would be a great time to just convert to #6's. It would allow you to get those engines up higher, and better rooster tail after..
