Beautiful work would and I like your short lead time!! Is it too late to stretch it 4 feet love to have an aluminum !

Thanks for the compliments, it was a lot of work, about 100 hours. I had the axles when this came to be. I was planning to replace the axles on the old trailer, otherwise there would have been a wait for the axle order.
The tongue pic is from when it was upside down. I had the cig bottom jig from the build 9 years ago.

I used 3/8 plate for the bunk mounts, the stuff in the new EPA approved PT lumber, when mixed with salt water will dissolve aluminum. I did not use PT lumber for the bunks.

The last half of a gun is easy, the bow section is not, it is a compound curve. Takes a lot more time.

do you know what the ground clearance is using the 0 deg when fully loaded? i am buying dexter's & was told -22.5 deg for same ride height as leafs, but we think we can go to a -10 or even 0 deg & still have good clearance.
