Yep we were going to scab them back in the right way but the transom had already been plugged about 1000 times. It was solid except for the very bottom, but one side was never stuck from the factory it was a dry layup. We also added composite coring to the entire hull in the engine bay to beef it up and so water can't collect like it did before.

Yes, that was me... I Didn’t have a bunch of time to hang out on Friday when I dropped off Bruce's parts, but I did take the time to look at your project quickly. That transom picture made thing look like swiss cheese, but you can clearly tell the reason why you are doing what you are.

You can bum a ride anytime I am up there. I will be stopping by the shop a couple times further this winter I am sure, so I will hopefully see you again.

hey there brother! No, nothing crazy being done, just some cosmetic stuff, simple compared to this project that’s for sure!
If you’re in for the holidays we should do that for sure!

I will take you up on that offer hell I'll even pay for fuel, drinks dock and bail.😁
