What is the red picklefork to port in first pic in post #198?
Looks like an old Ron Jones hydro.

BTW, boat is coming together nicely.

not sure the brand but Bruce just bought 3 of them that have never been put together. They are designed to have jet ski engines put in them. They even have stepped hulls. Trying to get bruce to put in a hayabusa and straight shaft with a rudder.

Well holy **** balls batman!!!
You went all out!
One thing I`ll share with you is the AC takes a beating up front ( I think thats where it`s going right?)
I had no choice, I put in a fridge and storage on the only side that had room for it .

I`ve fixed busted refrigerant lines 3 times now. Currently it is on vibration pads and I really went nuts with brazing rods so we will see but moving it closer to the center of gravity I think it would take less of a beating especially on the Great Lakes.

Good luck on your project.... I thought I spent an stupid amount of $$ on my boat, now I see I have more company so thats great .. well not really but oh well

Thank you I may be in touch. I have a lead on a guy that has one locally but he supposedly won't let anyone borrow or rent or use it. I'm trying to see my if I rent that one but if not I will look you up. I really appreciate the offer you are the first one to actually offer to help.

if this turns out as nice as yours I will be extremely happy.

I'm Really struggling with what to do about the drives though. I want to buy the boxes that hace been offered to me but I don't know if they will put me at the height I want. Motors can't go up anymore so I have to adjust with the drives.

Also so I only put 4 hrs on the boat after I bought it so I have almost zero seat time in it which was also 3 years ago.
