Would’ve been one hell of a day ruined, because I didn’t have one f’n nut. We probably trailer further than you though.

Love the tags on the shafts. I’m probably going to copy you lol. But do you have enough thread on there that the nuts wont work themselves off during travel? Only reason I bring it up is because one time I forgot to zip them on a bit with the impact after removing props, next time we were at marina and I’m putting props back on they were hanging on by a thread.

yeah, they’re fine. I hand tightened them but the zip ties push the bit back but they’re tighter sure. I suppose when we run to havasu I’ll tighten them more.

I don’t know about next year but year after that we may just bring the boat out for the whole summer. I’ll be retired and will have time.
we ran the boat in the big blue today. Took my kids friends out for a run since he worked so hard cleaning and polishing yesterday. In the afternoon took my 80 year old neighbor out that always drops not so subtle hints he wants to run. Old school hot rod and Harley guy. He had a blast. It was pretty rough though. We were airing it out quite a bit. Overall, great day. All cleaned up and tucked away.
