Yeah, like I said, it kind've snow balled. It's at Barrett Custom Marine in Havasu and he's a bit of a perfectionist soooooo, stuff like, me - "hey AJ, will you replace the breather vent on the port fuel cell, it's kinked" turned into, AJ - "I have the side panels off and seats out, so I'm just going to replace all the fuel lines while im down here...." or, me - "Hey AJ, will you powdercoat the swim step?" AJ - "I'm just going to powder coat all metal hanging off the transom." or "hey AJ, can you re-paint the engine hatch vents......." AJ - "sure......" :picard1:

Thanks Jack. He used to text me and ask me for my advise on what I wanted but now I just tell him, do what you think is best. He's got a very good eye for detail and cool custom touches.

Had a good day on the water even though boat broke. Lost the impeller and the heat from the exhaust melted the rubber gasket from the headers to the exhaust tips. Caused a little fire even. Lucky we caught it. Stopped and shut it down. Still had a great time drinking beers and watching the sites while we waited for the tow.

I was wondering if you were going to paint the transom?

They color sanded and buffed it and will repair the chips where the tabs pulled the gel off when removing. It'll be all shiny and purdy. Having the deck (graphics) repainted and all the nicks and chips and crap from dock rash all touched up though.

That is gorgeous. You should install the gauges backwards so you can just look at that wiring all the time. Who cares what the gauges say......

Livorsi blue face with chrome bezels and brushed silver rings over carbon fiber dash. Latham shifters and throttles are brushed silver and chrome to match the rings/ bezels
