rtn137- looks great!! what type of preparation did you do to the orignal floor before you applied the epoxy?

jbk,

Nordic uses a wood floor with the carpet glued down.
Pulled up the carpet, the easy part, then scraped and sanded until flat. resealed a little with some resin and sanded a little more. I didn't worry to much about sealing, I figured the epoxy spread all over would do that. Its not super critical but the Lonseal isn't very thick so bumps and waves will show.

Also they make the white wave pattern with UV protection and without, so make sure to get the UV protected type.

My partner can get this for you also he is in the flooring business. If you go through a marina ou will pay alot more for the lonseal. I am having him order some for my boat.

I am amazed that Nordic doesn't have a composite liner in the floor. That wood will eventually be rotten. BH
